Dr Nathan Stewart holds a FRACS and MBBS qualification having undertaken his Medical training at the University of Western Australia. He graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Meet Dr Nathan Stewart MBBS MS (SURG) FRACS (PLAS)

Dr Stewart completed his medical training at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2001, graduating with degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
While working as a junior doctor, he undertook further education in obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy at UWA in 2006.
In 2007, he moved to Sydney to complete the Masters of Surgery Program at the University of Sydney, studying the role of white blood cells in wound healing with the research teams at Westmead Hospital.
Dr Stewart returned to Perth in 2009 to commence his 5 years of comprehensive specialist training at Royal Perth Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital, and became a Specialist Plastic Surgeon in 2015, when he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He undertook post-fellowship training at St Andrews Centre for Plastic Surgery and Burns in the United Kingdom for a further year, before returning to Perth in 2016 to join the Western Australian Plastic Surgery Centre.
Dr Stewart is also a Consultant Specialist Plastic Surgeon at Royal Perth Hospital and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
